With over two decades as a Master Energy Therapist and Teacher, and 13 years as an NLP Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my practice since 2012 to solution-focused, ‘stress-busting’ techniques that work in real life — not just in theory.
I guide people through small, consistent, purpose-driven actions that build emotional resilience, restore self-worth, and reclaim calm. Now, as a certified Havening Practitioner, I offer a powerful trauma-informed approach that gently and effectively helps release stored trauma, calm the nervous system, and create space for healing and growth.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I built it.
I became trauma-informed. I developed techniques to help people manage the mental and emotional load. But it wasn’t until I found Havening that it all clicked — the missing piece of the puzzle.
Now, I get to witness the shift in people when they finally feel safe in their bodies, relaxed in their minds, and back in control of their emotions.
